More about future investigation

I have found some further EVPs on the recording done at this site. They are rather curious because they actually seem to name the site itself. One of them whispers "burning..". The other one initially seems to be saying "burn the earth", but when reversed, clearly says the name of the site again. (We are keeping the site confidential so we aren't overrun by vandals while we are investigating).

BTW, here is a link to the first evp.

What do you think of it?

We've been reviewing some video of that day too and one of our number spotted something I had missed when initially viewing it. In one sequence, a figure appears, seems to solidify and then dissipates! It appears to be a slim male and is standing in profile, hands behind back. It has no feet but the arms grow solid enough to be three dimensional. It only remains in form for a second or two before the "head" literally melts away into a wisp! If you slow down the video enough, you can see the head wisp away and even a small orb shoot upward as the thing dissipates. The camera then pans away, then back to this area which now shows the thing to be completely gone.

WHen I can figure out how to convert DVD to AVI easily, I'll see if I can make a clip of this sequence.

I'm leaving a comment to my own post as a followup. The video in question has a lot of faults. The figure seen could very well be another investigator but with strange light from a nearby window screwing up the camcorder's niteshot feature. Still, in viewing and reviewing this video many times, there is one thing missing--his feet!

The video still holds some interest for me. I still can't see his feet, even though the floor/wall adjoinment is visible where they should be. Also, when the camera pans away for just a very few seconds then quickly pans back, the figure is completely gone. The investigator we believe it is doesn't move all THAT fast. I think this video has enough question marks attached to it to be labeled "inconclusive."
